The App is a code analysis tool designed to assist GitHub users in analyzing their code repositories for various metrics and issues. The analysis provided by the App may include but is not limited to code quality, security vulnerabilities, best practices adherence, and performance optimization recommendations.

3. Data Collection and Privacy

By using the App, you agree that Company may collect and process data related to your use of the App, including but not limited to code repositories, metrics, and issues identified by the analysis. Company will handle such data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which can be found here.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any code or content that you upload, submit, or otherwise make available through the App ("User Content").

6. Restrictions

You agree not to:

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Company does not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that the operation of the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
